Ms. Kamps received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1998. Following that, Ms. Kamps worked at a boutique investment bank and broker-dealer as the company’s General Counsel. As General Counsel, Ms. Kamps broadened her expertise to include, among other things, FINRA arbitrations, state and FINRA regulator issues, “on the record” testimony, private equity, public equity, debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, broker-dealer compliance, and all aspects of the company’s legal needs.
