What do I do with my Estate Plan after it is signed?

Once your Estate Planning documents are signed, we recommend that you retain the originals in a safe place (ideally, a fireproof safe or safe deposit box) and provide copies to your successor trustees, agents and beneficiaries.

We would also strongly recommend that you email or fax us a copy of the signature and notary pages so that we can keep them on file for you, just in case.
