Robert B. Vaksman is among a small group of our country’s most distinguished practitioners, having graduated New York University School of Law and obtaining a Master of Laws in Taxation (ranked #1 by US News & World Reports), as well as New York University Stern School of Business (ranked #3 by US News & World Reports).

Since founding the firm almost two decades ago and working primarily on Trust, Estate, Business and Personal Injury matters, Mr. Vaksman’s experience is broad and extensive, and includes managing large teams of attorneys and staff. In particular, Mr. Vaksman now provides invaluable strategic expertise in various transactional and adversarial situations.

Mr. Vaksman has previously served as a Financial Advisor with one of the premier Wall Street brokerage houses; was a member of WealthCounsel® (a collaborative network of more than 1,700 Estate Planning practitioners throughout all fifty states), and co-authored a book on various Business, Tax and Asset Protection planning. Mr. Vaksman continually provides seminars and advice on cross-collaboration with other professionals (medical providers, insurance agents and adjusters, CPAs and financial advisors).

Robert is married to Dr. Irena Vaksman, with whom he has three beautiful boys; Charlie, Jack and Ethan.
