With over a decade of experience representing public and private corporations as well as individuals, in a variety of commercial disputes, Jessica is a seasoned and effective litigator and advocate.

She has appeared in state and federal courts across the United States, various arbitral forums, as well as foreign jurisdictions. Jessica has successfully represented clients in connection with claims arising from failed employment and business relationships including claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, securities violations, libel and defamation, trademark and copyright infringement, as well breaches of employment, non-compete, and non-solicitation agreements.

Jessica has also regularly counseled corporations in connection with regulatory and government inquiries and investigations.
