Mr. Norton is a distinguished litigator with a steadfast commitment to advocating for the rights of individuals. HIs rigorous and aggressive approach to discovery, motions, and trial tactics systematically dismantles opponents’ arguments, and his adversaries know well that he never backs down from a fight. He is adapt and relentless in all facets of litigation, but thrives in the courtroom, where he demonstrates significant focus, advocacy, and meticulous preparation.

As a tenacious and skilled litigator, Mr. Norton has successfully fought for his clients at all stages of the legal process. He has significant experience and success in various Personal Injury cases, including Catastrophic Injuries, Negligence, Premises Liability (slips, trips, and falls), Motor Vehicle Negligence, and Products Liability. At Vaksman Khalfin, Mr. Norton brings a unique perspective and connects with clients to help them better understand the legal process. As a result, he finds great joy in helping his Personal Injury clients obtain justice.

Mr. Norton earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Santa Clara University School of Law and gained experience in Criminal Defense, Post-Conviction, and Personal Injury. As a student of philosophy, Mr. Norton appreciates the constant learning and unending pursuit of knowledge required as an attorney and advocate for the injured.

Outside of work, Mr. Norton enjoys spending time with his wife and their numerous pets (two dogs and three cats). He is an avid Sci-fi/Fantasy enthusiast (embracing the motto “Live long and prosper”) and continues to expand his collection of writing instruments, including fountain pens, and his shoes and sneakers. Mr. Norton keeps the art of handwriting alive by using his fountain pens even in today’s digital age, showcasing both practicality and individual expression.
